Generosity against Thriftiness
a potential characterial transposition -called thriftiness- can be used to grab some anomalies of the Italian system. Parsimonious people only look at their own interests, at the investment to grow and put aside.
They are always in credit with life, with their neighbour. They never owe anybody anything, and they never donate anything, they have only pretensions. Parsimonious people deprive others from oxygen to the others, to the possible development. Now that expansion is over (there are fifty years of expansion behind us, let's face it) these ballasts of selfishness are no more covered by growth redundancies.
Italy has created a wide range of acquired rights, potholes of presumed credits, plateaus of unconditioned assistance. Well-being is no more a privilege to conquer with work, every day, but it is a reason of frustration, of comparison with those who have even more (more quantity, more things, more than more). Contraction Italy, scourged by those who suck wheels and by the sly of prostitution (of money, appearing, and selfishness), show burnt forest, unable to breed.
Nevertheless, it is easy to admit that those who invest (a company, a person or an administration), who dare, who bring themselves into play and throw their own heart beyond obstacles, who are generous with life and with ideas, they represent - in a blue landscape - an excellence.
Let's look at the best companies. They are founded on deep values, are frugal with fripperies, but they are generous with ideas, with will and with milieu.
They love investing (first of all in human resources), they are ready to challenge themselves, to face new challenges. They are focused, but opened. They mix rationality with creative intuition.
Italy has generous enterprises, it has entrepreneurs, managers, professionals and workers. The widespread and deep problem is that they do a regatta in a sea of bathers in brine, of standalone procedures, of individual defence and interests, of alibi and justifications.
The speed of peoples is determined by willingness to invest and to push on one side, and by the system's brake (infrastructures, bureaucracy, state treasury, corruption, etc) on the other hand.
Many other peoples, too many, are faster than us. We are held in a lock: we are presses by fast competitors, able to sacrifice themselves and to move, to change; the unproductive bags drag us down.
The parsimonious' plethora and the parasites' lobby take out oxygen to resumption, let's face it.
We have to look out full of hatred unprepared people, ignorant pompous, officialdom in their soul, listless and people who look always for taking advantage: we must be careful of these, of their near eyes, of their fake smile, their self-focused strategy. Instead, we have to help the generous people, enterprises and administrations, we have to stand them without changing their nature, we have to stay by them, to protect them: they are the unique hope of a sick system. Our Group is with them, with generosity and not with thriftines
